Operation method

1. Choose suitable model according to need. 
2. Use medical alcohol to disinfect position need cared and the equipment. 
3. Daub suitable functional nutrition on skin need to be cared. 
4. Roll back and forth 4-5 times orderly and keep equably in speed and pressure to create more micro vessels. 
5. Take your time and concentrate. 
6. Move the roller four times at least in four directions(where need used), horizontally, vertically, and diagonally right and left.
